My artistic practice develops at the intersection of structural permanence and kinetic expression. Working in parallel across two media—canvas and silk—I explore the relationship between a fixed internal narrative and a fluid social dialogue. Canvas is a space of stability and contemplation, while silk introduces movement, allowing the artwork to leave the wall and enter the space of human motion and interaction. Within this dialogue between the permanent and the changing, the internal and the collective, my work investigates how visual forms transform between contemplation and lived experience. ~ Lana S
